I appreciate that GitHub listens to its users. The following is the end of an issue that I identified a while back:

Hi Chris!

I just wanted to follow up and let you know that the team pushed out an update to fix the wiki linking problem you discovered a while back. Thanks again for the report!

Please let us know if you have any other feedback or questions about the site.

Cheers,
Jess

> Thanks for the report! And I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like both of these issues may be related to bugs - the first one in the reStructuredText parser, and the second one elsewhere on GitHub.

>> On our wiki page we have a table of contents (https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/Development-workflow). Clicking on the "Writing commit messages" takes me to the right place in the document. If I copy the link, however, and try to go to that page in a new Chrome tab it doesn't go to the right place, it goes to a location that shows "You are ready to commit changes...". Why is it not going to the same place as when I click on the link?
>>
>> Also, the Synchronizing with master link in the document itself does not work but that is perhaps because of the backticking or the `/` that is used?

>> Thanks for any help,
>> Chris
