Dear SymPy Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am happy to share that I have made my first contribution to SymPy. As a final-year BCA student at BMS College for Women, I am excited to have the opportunity to contribute to such an amazing project.

I have submitted a pull request that addresses Issue #27442: "Integer to the power of an integer is not always rational". This issue highlights the behavior of integer powers and how it affects the rationality of the result, which has now been fixed in the Pull Request #27505: "Handle integer powers when base is zero and exponent is negative".

In resolving this, I also referred to the official SymPy documentation to ensure the solution aligns with the existing functionality and standards. I am pleased to inform you that I successfully passed all the test cases, and everything is working as expected.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the SymPy community for their support and guidance throughout this process. I look forward to continuing my journey with SymPy and contributing further.
