Greetings all.

I am Niels Kamp, a Python developer from The Netherlands. I am currently in between commissions, and I would like to hone my skills by contributing to SymPy

Some relevant information about my skillset:
  • I have a Bachelor in Computer Science.
  • I have extensively studied Cryptography and Computer Security during a Master Program.
  • Both these studies also involved their fair share of mathematics.
  • I am new to open source, this would be the first major project I am contributing to.
I chose Sympy as an open source project because I've always had a soft spot for Mathematics.
I am planning to start with attempting to fix some bugs (mostly in the 'easy to fix' category), but if anyone has any recommendations, I am all ears!

I hope I can make a difference.

to sympy
Hello everyone,

I am Prasanth Guvvala, a Computer Science enthusiast studying B.Tech in Computer Science from India. I am currently looking forward to contributing to Sympy as I am very interested in Sympy.
My skills include:
  • Programming in python.
  • A good knowledge over API's( Gmail API, Sheets API etc).
  • I have command on other programming languages like C++, GNU C.
  • Good implementation skills.
The reason for choosing Sympy only to contribute is that I always have unsatisfied hunger for Python programming and Mathematical knowledge.

My current aim to is to solve as many bugs as possible and get a good grasp over the codebase of Sympy and do a useful project for Sympy, but if my plans are not useful for organization please guide me with the right steps.

With Regards,
Prasanth Reddy G
