Proposal. Solving boundary value problems using potential theory

Idea

1.    Lead boundary value problem to the system of boundary integral equations using potential theory.

2.    Approximate integrals symbolically using for example Nyström method.

3.    Provide methods to calculate the coefficients of system of linear equations.

Status

I have not found any mention of this method in SymPy community.

I am not sure that this idea has to be a part of SymPy but it would be great to have such functionality.
