Would anyone like to clean up the GSoC Ideas Page?

Our GSoC Ideas page has become quite the document over the years and we submit essentially the same thing each year. We did not get accepted last year as a mentoring org. I think that we need to revamp our application so that it shows a breath of fresh air if we want to have a chance of getting selected. The competition gets stiffer each year and we can't rest on our laurels.

I think that if we cleaned up our ideas page and better organized it, we'd look more professional. Would anyone be interested initiating that?
