Run sympy tests in Docker

Just something I experimented with and it seems to be working. If
someone uses Docker:
https://github.com/amitsaha/docker_files/tree/master/Fedora/sympy-test
So you can do:
docker run -t sympy-test 0.7.6
to run the entire test suite in the 0.7.6 branch
