Introduction for GSOC 23

Hi all,

I'm Ameya Kore, a Computer Science student who's interested in contributing to SymPy.

I'm comfortable coding in multiple language and looking to learn something new.

I'm fairly well versed in mathematics and am looking to contribute towards the implementation of Risch Algorithm for Symbolic Integration as described in the task list.

I would love to discuss this with a mentor.
