Symbolic Control System [Physics]

Hi I am Richard third year undergraduate majoring in electronics and communication.  This is my first time contributing to an open-source project. I'm interested in the physics control system and I've looked into it and found the ideas interesting about refactoring the old plots using Python libraries numpy and matplotlib as I  have good experience using these libraries. 
and using python control systems library add more features like sys(x) , x for continuous-time systems to the class rich and state-space to evaluate the system transfer function  and it looks like StateSpace class #25502 is already implemented so needs to be added in control_problems file.

I want to know whether it would be reasonable to pitch a project that would

complete these tasks.
