As a beginner can I take this issue #5934 or #6388? Or can you suggest me some other issue which I should start with?

Yes you can take up any issue and solve it. Then make a pull request and mention the issue that you're solving.
If you are new to the SymPy community, then you should start with "Easy to fix" issues. (recommended)
