Interested to contribute to SymPy for GSOC 2017

Hello Developers,

I am Hemachandra, a 3rd year undergraduate in the department of Mathematics at IIT, Kharagpur. I would like to contribute to sympy in GSOC 2017. I have gone through the projects and my interest in Mathematics intrigued me to select these projects

1)Ordinary Differential Equations

2)Implementation of multiple types of coordinate systems for vectors

Any mentor who is interested in mentoring any of these projects, kindly guide me how to proceed further.
