testing development copy

i follow the instructions in workflow ( https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/Development-workflow#virtual-environments ) about testing my sympy environment

and when i try bin /test  

bash: bin/test: Permission denied

why ?

 i solved it by typing

 $chmod +x bin/test

$bin/test

and it works
