GSoC 2014:Bessel Functions Method

Respected Sir,

I am Rishabh Mishra,2nd yr undergrad B.E.(hons.) Chemical Engineering student from Birla Institue of Technology and Science Pilani,Goa Campus.I am new to python,but have a very sound background of java and c.I recently got introduced to python about 4 months ago and was fascinated by how easy it makes the code to write.

I would like to discuss about the idea posted on the ideas page to introduce Bessel Function on the ODE of sympy.I have done a course of differential equation in my college and would like to implement Bessel Function,Legrendre Polynomials and Fourier Coefficients.

I would appreciate if you can tell me what exactly is needed in the library,and if Legrendre and Fourier have already been worked on.
