Hello, I found an open issue https://github.com/sympy/sympy/issues/20391 and I'm planning to implement simplex method as a liner optimization method as a part of Gsoc and fix this.

I wanted to know if this can be a part of Gsoc project or not and also if this will be sufficient work for Gsoc project.
