Greetings Neighbors,

Tomorrow is your opportunity to hear directly from the candidates who want to represent our community.

The South Knoxville Neighborhood & Business Coalition (SKNBC), in partnership with the South Doyle Neighborhood Association, South Knoxville Alliance of Businesses & Professionals, and the Old Sevier Merchants Association, invites you to attend our Meet the Candidates Forum.

Leslie Bateman, Publisher and Editor of Inside of Knoxville [https://insideofknoxville.com/] will serve as moderator as candidates for Knox County Mayor and Knox County School Board District 9 answer questions submitted by members of our community. This is a great opportunity to learn where the candidates stand on issues that matter to South Knox County before Election Day.

Following the moderated forum, you'll have the opportunity to meet and speak one-on-one with other candidates (or their representatives) who will appear on the District 9 ballot.

Whether you're a longtime resident, a new neighbor, or a local business owner, your voice matters. An informed community is a stronger community, and we encourage everyone to attend, learn, and engage in the democratic process.

There is no charge to attend, and all are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.

I WILL be out of town.  Hate to miss as I always enjoy seeing and hearing the candidates, and meeting up with neighbors that we ony see when there is an event like this.
