Box Installation - Risk Assessments & Method Statements

Hello all – we have a willing local installer ready to put some boxes on a local school. They have asked for a risk assessment and a method statement. We have put something together between us but I wondered if anyone already had some ready prepared and which had been acceptable to building owners?

We’d be grateful for tips! Thanks very much.
