Hi,

Does anyone know if the access to the sound is open at the Ballard Elks?  I'm missing getting on the sound since Edmonds is closed.

Thanks!

I am just guessing, but I would bet nobody has made the effort to put cyclone fencing across the pathway.

I have spotted kayakers launching at mukilteo just north of the silver cloud inn and Ivars.  There is a small parking lot there and beach access.  It’s used by divers all the time.
