Whoa. Somehow Dean posted a faster time doing laps than an out-and-back. Did he create a space-time vortex? We may never know, but hats off!

Week three of time trialing: between tomorrow and next Wednesday, set your watch for 35 minutes, and le mans start - standing next to your boat start your watch, hop in, and paddle until the timer goes off. Record your distance. Done.

Lunch time paddle today, the lake was so still my ski is coated in scum. Start from Matthews Beach, straight shot to the point and turned at the shark buoy.

The wind on Saturday was a marked contrast from the still lake on Friday.  I am trying to learn some video editing skills and put together a short video showing the conditions at Juanita Beach on Saturday.  A quick fall at the start and then some really perfect conditions.  Juanita is still open and is great for out-and-backs when the wind is coming from the south and over about 18 mph.

Ok, #3 is a wrap with Traci and I posting results.

@Traci, do you want to pick the exercise for #4?
