Every primary expression is also a postfix expression?

In Swift Programming Language, under Postfix Expression section, it says: "every primary expression is also a postfix expression."
Why? Clearly things like self, super and closure are primary expressions and not postfix expressions. self can be postfix but its semantic is totally different there.
