i want know how to get apps on iOS simulator. i m doing an app in iOS for sharing on gplus and instagram

Are you using Xcoode? If not, you probably can't. If you are, once you write or even just create a project, there's a button in the top left that looks like a "play" button (just a triangle point to the right), if beside it on it's right side is has an iPhone simulator listed, then click the play button. If you get an error message about "losing connection" or something to that effect, just click play again and the simulator will start up and run your project.
