Thank you for your email. If you are starting a new project using our model, I would suggest you use our newest model named SWAT+. This new model has all the same features as SWAT with many other capabilities. There are interface(s) to create your watersheds’ data, Google groups for help. SWAT+ is the model that are actively supporting. I have included a link below for you to review SWAT+ and its’ supporting programs.

If you plan to continue to use the SWAT model, I would suggest you update your files to the latest version (link included). The error message suggests that you are providing the atmospheric deposition file for your watershed and this file (atmo.atm) is either blank or incomplete. If you continue to have troubles after reviewing this, please send the contents of your current TXTINOUT folder and I will take a look.
