Well, you did not really ask for help :)

Obviously, the executable wants the file.cio to contain more than it does (maybe the file does not exist?).

If you edited the source code, then only you will know what you did and why the error occurred.

I used rebuild icon in visual studio and run with out error

it seems that not error
