MORNING QI GONG AT BALD HILL FARM
Georgia Mitchell of Confident Ground will lead a morning session of Qi Gong at Bald Hill Farm. Qi Gong is a Chinese movement art developed to harmonize the tensions of being alive. Practicing outside helps you to more easily feel the support of the natural elements, so you can begin to sense their movement through you. The practice is gentle and slow, and can be adapted for all bodies. We’ll serve tea afterwards and enjoy some social time outside. Join us!
