Qualifications:
1. Minimum 7 years of deep domain expertise in
SAP HCM Time Management • Solution design and configuration of standard Time
Recording components of SAP HCM-TM module • Proven solution design and
configuration of complex Time Evaluation policies including writing schemas and
PCRs for overtime, shift premiums, substitutions, and absence quotas, and other
time-related policies • Mulitple full-cycle implementations of complex Time
Evaluation policies • Ability to support Time and CATSDB Interfaces to/from
external systems • SAP Standard and Custom TM reporting skills • Understanding
of TM integration with SAP HR modules including security • Ability to support
TM Interfaces to/from external systems 2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all
aspects of the position. 3. A strong customer focus and an ability to establish
and maintain stakeholder relationships. 4. Problem-solving, analytical skills
and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. 5.
Ability to to apply problem resolution skills to effectively address technology
related business issues and provide detailed functional requirements for
technical solutions. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to
communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. 7. Understanding of HR
processes to assist business owners develop successful system and business
processes and define business requirements. 8. Kronos system, interface and
integration experience is a plus. 9. Global TM policies exposure is a plus. 10.
Working knowledge of databases, applications, and data integration interfaces.
11. Experience supporting third party system integration. 12. Demonstrated
proficiency in performing root cause analysis.
Responsibilities:
The SAP HR Time Management Functional Lead will
be responsible for providing technical and functional support and maintenance
of the SAP HCM-TM module. They will work closely with business process and
product owners, other ITSD module owners and Production Manager to deliver HCM
solutions. They will manage and monitor / track delivered solutions to ensure
fit with overall technology and business direction. They will influence and
support the enterprise architecture approach and governance model with
alignment to business strategy. They will lead workstreams that support data
integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows
for process improvement. 1. Participate in SAP HR projects and production
support as an integral part of a cross-functional team in order to enhance
existing applications or implement new ones to support the delivery of HR
Services. 2. Partner with the HR Services teams to define business
requirements, assess technology needs, and identify technical solutions for
achieving business objectives. 3. Define and implement strategy to support and
enhance the TM module. 4. Assist IT and HR Operations leadership to define and
resolve Time Management requirements necessary to execute changes to TM
applications 5. Work with HR partners and client organizations to execute plans
for the deployment of new SAP functionalities. 6. Work with HR Services
partners to assess and determine their data needs and to develop business
processes associated with utilizing SAP HR applications. 7. Assist with
implementing and coordinating TM business process changes, data accuracy audits
and end user training. 8. Seek ways to enhance user community understanding of
SAP HCM and other people management technology applications. 9. Configure SAP
HCM systems to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, enhancements and
compliance. 10. Perform system administration, testing, troubleshooting and
issue resolution for all SAP HCM systems. 11. Support and develop integrations
between SAP HCM modules and systems including, but not limited to, Time
Management, Payroll, PA/OM, and third party vendors.
