Required Skills:
· Strong RHEL implementation and administration skills
· Hands-on experience on Linux environments and virtualization/containerized environments and troubleshooting skillset in Linux environments.
· Working knowledge of caching frameworks and distributed caching algorithms
· Strong technical and operational documentation skills
Desirable experience
· Ansible
· Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and service restoration skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Strong English communication skills with the ability to work with difficult customers in critical outage situations
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
