We are seeking a Workday HCM Test Lead
This person needs to be a task master. This person also needs to be a hands-on Quality Assurance professional with specific experience in the full testing life cycle of a Workday HCM Implementation.
Implementation incluces Workday Recruitment, HR, and Payroll. End-to-end testing including three parallel payroll tests. User confirmations
Defect fix for 18,000+ Users worth of data.
Must be able to connect dots between team member’s business stakeholders and leadership and bring proven experience leading comprehensive testing competence to deliver projects.
The project is currently in progress in the design stage with estimation of going for testing in late this year.
