Position: Java production support 

Location: Columbus, OH 

Positions: 2 

 

Years of experience: 7 to 8 years hands on Java experience, Some experience with Unix & SQL. Done production support in a large Environment  or atleast one Line of Business.  

Should have experience in interacting with Business team and end user without technology knowledge. It is a client facing role.

 

Currently tickets are raised through Remedy, but the client is migrating to Service now. Ideal candidate will have experience in Service now or Have Remedy experience and keen to learn Service now.
