Position: SAP FICO LEAD

Location: Thomasville, GA

Duration: 12 Months

• 10 + years of experience in designing, configuring, testing and supporting SAP FICO including FSCM

• 6+ years of lead experience

• Experience in planning, assigning tasks, monitoring and tracking progress for the Team and Team Members (on-site and offshore resources)

• Working knowledge in Claims management (highly desirable)

• Experience in support ticket handling and change control processes

• Strong FI/CO Lead with SAP ECC and S/4HANA (good to have)

• Extensive/Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting

• Extensive/Hands-on experience with CO functions including Product Costing CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA, and ML

• Experience as a Solutions Architect within SAP FICO space and Technical knowledge

• Cross-module integration experience with MM/PP/SD/VC

• Hands-on experience and thorough understanding of Finance and controlling business processes in a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience and thorough understanding of Integrating SAP and related non-SAP applications

• Strong communication and client-facing skills and experience

• Advanced skills in creating process flow diagrams, business process documents, and training material

• Experience in Food and processing industry preferable.

• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model and leading the offshore team
