Role: Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Plano, TX

6+ Months

 

Responsibilities:

• To facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meeting.
• Resolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
• Forecast the number of deliverable possible in an iteration based on evidence.
• Estimate and plan for the whole software development project
• Coach the team in agile practices
• Help the team members in clarifying goals and actions to achieve the goals.
• Shield the team from any distractions and interference.
• Ensure the correct application of the scrum process.
• To help Po's Understanding and writing Epics, Features and User Stories

• Managing all Agile ceremonies, and regular basis (3 to 4 hours)

• Work around C2I Hackathon orchestration
• Highly interactive role; Need to work with Team and Manager deliverables
• Agile based Project Management
• Azure Dev Ops to manage the Development & Deployment of the project planning.
• End to end Project management will be the part of this role and ownership on delivery to be managed by the candidate.

 

Required Skills:

• Certification in Scrum Master
• Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in Scrum Master role
• Agile coaching

 

Required Soft Skills:

• Good Communication (Verbal & Written)
• Time Management & Task Management
