Job Description –  

As a Junior SAP PLM Consultant, you will assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PLM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP PLM projects. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their SAP career and eager to develop their skills in product lifecycle management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       SAP PLM Implementation and Support:

·       Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PLM solutions.

·       Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.

·       Support the development of functional specifications and system documentation.

·       Participate in the testing and validation of SAP PLM configurations.

 

·       Client Interaction:

·       Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and needs related to product lifecycle management.

·       Assist in the delivery of training and support to end-users.

·       Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PLM issues.

 

·       Project Collaboration:

·       Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.

·       Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between SAP PLM solutions and business objectives.

·       Contribute to project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and status updates.

 

·       Continuous Learning and Development:

·       Stay updated on SAP PLM functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.

·       Seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise in SAP PLM and related modules.

·       Participate in training sessions, workshops, and certification programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in US (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Should have 3-5 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge or experience with SAP PLM or other SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP QM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or work experience in SAP PLM or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes and concepts.
• Basic understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, or life sciences.
