Job Description –

Monitor Service Desk Call Center phone queue.

Monitor Service Desk Tracking System.

Open, Assign and Resolve incidents and requests.

Deliver prompt technical support for documented solutions

Provide support for basic Client productivity tools including MS Office, Skype, File and Site access.

Assistance with core IT End User Support processes
