Skills Need: 

• Must have recent experience in a banking environment (With in last 4 years).
• Must have a Minimum of 9+ years of professional experience in Technology.
• Must have 4+ years of experience as of recent experience configuring, and development of ServiceNow.
• Recent experience in Service Architect / Service Strategist disciplines in an IS function.
• Must have recent ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
• Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
• Must have hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
• Must have experience performing Integrations with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
• Have 3 plus year of professional experience developing with HTML, and HTML5.
• Have 3 plus years of recent experience with ITIL V3 and its components.
• Must have 6 plus years of recent experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
• Must have 3 years plus of recent experience with Administration of a ServiceNowinstance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
• ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Service Manager level qualification a plus
• ITIL v3 certification highly desirable.

 

The Job:

Client is looking for consultants that will be the primary technical thought leader enabling the company to best leverage the ServiceNow technology platform. Client utilizes SN in multiple departments which will require coordination across multiple business functions

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
• Obtain and analyze business requirements and develop technical/function requirements
• Uses scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create script that will automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow
