Required Skills:

8+ years experienced – Leadership and Technical (.NET, SQL, SSIS)
Ability to work independently, coordinate and collaborate with other IS Teams & Business
Ability to provide status reports and updates to PM and Leadership
Ability to direct Off Shore team with confidence & deliver capabilities on time
May need to help with hands on development as needed
