• 8+ years of Application Development experience
• Technology depth and experience with systems integration, Batch Processing and Kafka development
• Experience in Kafka environment to provide inputs in designing.
• Experience in to transform data into topics, streaming processors in Kafka.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Solid communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills
• Learning Agility with a self-driven learning approach
• Experience developing software via Agile software development methodologies
• Proven ability to document and share knowledge effectively
• Proven ability to develop and drive results with standard Software engineering processes such as TDD/ATDD, paired programming, etc.
