Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote for now)

Duration: Long Term

 

Required Skills:

·        Years of Experience- 10 to 15 years

·        Hospital experience a plus.

·        Onsite Offshore experience is a must

·        Application Management Services (AMS) managing Tickets L1, L2 and L3.

·        Manage Clinical systems such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Athenahealth, Meditech etc. and any other Hospital Clinical Systems. (anyone of them should be good)

·        Excellent communication skills
