Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Location: Plano, TX (remote till covid)

Duration: Long Term

 

Responsibilities:

• Support and Maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow CMDB (Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations).
• Provides oversight for Configuration Management System (CMS) scope, CMS policy, and current CMS ongoing operation.
• Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with IT stakeholders, service owners and partners.
• Convert user stories into technical solutions.
• Collaborates with vendors on infrastructure designs to ensure the final product is what was architected or designed.
• Provides detailed guidance and consultation in solutioning production incidents when required.
• Champion effort to maintain ServiceNow industry standards and maintain system compliance.

 

Required Skills:

• 5 years development experience with ServiceNow, 7+ years of overall IT experience required.
• Direct experience in two or more of the following technical specialties: application development, application integration, Web Services, Scripting, and/or database programming.
• Experience automating tasks associated with technical specialties.

Experience successfully leading ITSM projects and initiatives.
