development (3+ years). Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) module
that includes Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, etc. (3+ years). Experience in
customization and integration of Portal Modules (3+ years). Experience with
PeopleTools and Peoplecode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component
Interface, Data Mover, BI Publisher (3+ years)
