• At least of 4+ years ServiceNow administration experience
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management,
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
• Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
• Passion for providing great customer service
• Ability to work directly with internal clients
• Create, maintain and enhance team dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
• Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
• Configure User Accounts, Groups and Roles
• Create custom Roles where necessary
• Create and maintain request items and descriptions Evaluate and configure systems for better performance
• Knowledge/Understanding of JavaScripting and/or any related programing languages
