Analyzing product tickets, identify root cause
Interact with different team members on IT and business side
Design and CodeMessaging related applications
Develop reports from various data sources such as Online, Data Warehouse
Setup alerts and monitor production front end, middleware and database
Support production deployment and releases.
Requirement
Good communication skills (verbal and writing)
Excellent Analytical Skill
Java/J2EE based application development
DB SQL and analysis
Good Computing Foundations
Highly Compassionate about Customer’s issue.
B.A in Computer Science or Related Field is Required.
