Title: Platform Engineer – Data

Location: Houston TX ( initially remote)

Mode of interview: 2 video rounds

Duration: 12 months

Rate: Open ( try to keep it competitive)

No CPT or OPT , rest all work visa eligible to apply

 

Primary Skills: Knowledge on Azure Data Integration tools like ADF V2, Azure Service Bus, Azure IoT Hub, Azure Event Hub, Azure SQL

Secondary Skills: API Data Integration, Stream Analytics Engine, Digital Twin, COSMOS DB

 

• Senior Platform Engineer with solid proficiency in Azure PaaS and specifically Azure App Services, Integration & IOT
• Build & Support integration services, libraries & automated solutions across on-premises and cloud data framework
• Cloud Engineer with at least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms, technologies and services encompassing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, compute, storage, database, network, security, identity, and operation systems
• Utilizing Infrastructure as Code tools (such as Azure DevOps) and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and processes (such as Azure pipelines) to deliver immutable infrastructure and re-usable services for the cloud at scale
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines and to implement solutions that are aligned with program-level standards.
• Ability to research and to recommend solutions and techniques that will reduce cost and optimize infrastructure flexibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot problems and collaborating with other experts to overcome blockers
