Job Description:

• We need a SF BA who has strong exp into service cloud.
• Also a strong exp into Investment Banking domain
• Strong exp into UAT’s, business coordination, driving discussions..
• Exp with Apex classes and Triggers, VisualForce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages.
• Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills.
• Significant Consulting/client facing background
