About
the Position
The cloud
Technical Delivery Manager has responsibility coordinating with various line of
business applications or interfaces within Ally's cloud services.
The cloud
Technical Delivery Manages a set of application interfaces, Integrations,
building blocks throughout the project lifecycle:
- Responsible
for functional solution design, lead SIT/UAT sessions, Conversions, and
Reports.
- Own
the delivery of full application portfolio analysis and prioritization
over a roadmap for the upcoming years for cloud migration
- Strong
understanding and experience in working with agile methodologies , Kanban,
scrum
- Responsible
for solution design, business process analysis, and system integration
around cloud services
- Champion
and advocate for application/ platform requirements within cloud
teams(e.g. feature requests)
- Enable
the technology delivery teams by coordinating interface development ,
testing and deployment across all consumers and producers.
- Provide
oversight of escalation, prioritization, and communication and drive
customer communication during critical events.
- Conduct
regular, interactive meetings on continuous service improvement with the
key departmental stakeholder.
own the Serice Improvement Roadmap for the company; work with management
on scoping and prioritizing service improvement projects and ensure they
get completed on time
- Go
" toe to toe" with customer technical stakeholders on most
issues and use your judgement when to pull in delivery directors and or
solution architects.
- The
successful candidate must also exhibit strong interpersonal and
communication skills and have experience interacting with internal
technical and business partners as well as external partners.
- Experience
with on-shore and off-shore contractors is a big plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's
or master's degree with 5+ years of success operating in a leadership role
within large, global, matrixed, complex organizations
- 3+
years managing complex integration projects through the lifecycle, cloud
preferred
- Candidate
with Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner is preferred
- Exceptional
communication skills, evidence by the ability to communicate appropriately
at all levels of an organization in writing, verbally and via
visualizations
- Results-oriented
individual with strong coaching, decision making, influencing,
negotiation, problem solving and situational analysis skills.
- Ability
to successfully deliver end-to-end technology and operations projects,
working through the many obstacles along the way
- Experience
in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- A
listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
- Great
time- management & interpersonal Skills.
- Must
have knowledge of Messaging/ streaming (preferably Kafka) and Message
Oriented Middleware
- Must
have Knowledge of XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD. JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2,HTTP,REST,
and API Development.
