For this role, we’d like the person to be very familiar (3+ years of direct working knowledge) with CA Unified Infrastructure Manager.
This candidate should have knowledge of product installation and configuration.
They should be aware of how the agents communicate, how the portal is used, and how to configure alerting.
Ideally this candidate will have some years of UNIX/Linux administrations and perhaps Windows administrations.
It would also be ideal if they’ve had experience integrating CA UIM with service-now.
They should be motivated and able to interact with the vendor directly for any support issues.
