Key Qualifications

• Full knowledge of System administration/management and automation tasks • We are looking for experience handling multiple projects with different levels of involvement from defining, designing, creating, testing and operationalizing solutions

• Proven experience with testing traffic generation equipment and applications • Working knowledge of server hardware and upcoming technologies

• Solid understanding of implementation tasks for various virtual networking functions

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

 

The ideal candidate is a self motivated, strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across multiple organizations.

We are looking for someone to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain lab test equipments and related devices.

We expect a candidate in this role to participate in projects and perform day to day activities including, but not limited to:

- System administration tasks including Kickstart, iLo/IPMI management, environment setup, implementation tasks of DPDK, OVS, XDP type of environment, and working with Linux and other OS for performance tuning and scaled functionality

- Network automation and knowledge of Net Devops functionality in addition to Devops support for lab systems and lab setup

- Providing documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of Server infrastructure Education & Experience Education & Experience - BS or MS in engineering, or equivalent work experience
