Business Analyst - MUST HAVE"cvent" experience

Title: Business Analyst
Location: Wilmington, DE        
Duration: 6+months

Rate--$50-55/hr  c2c  all inc

Details:

  • This is part of the IT group
  • What is the project:
    • cvent implementation- meetings and management platform
  • Solutions Lead/BA
  • Working with stake holders and working out solutions
  • Working with cvent directly to make sure the solutions meets the requirements
  • Person who will work between cvent and the business stakeholders.
  • Working with other team members like testers.
  • Gathering business requirements 
  • Having experience in cvent is a huge plus!
  • understand the application
    be able to implement things within
  • Going through the implementation as we speak!
  • Agile experience
  • Using Jira
  • UAT testing
  • Team make up: working with PM, architects, tech lead to planning and development, other process analysts, cvent partners, etc.
  • Need a quick ramp up and self starter!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive the discussion with business SMEs and stakeholders to document the detailed User stories that will be used as a baseline requirements for platform configuration, solution and testing
  • Identify the business requirement for integration and work closely with the ingratiation and solution architects to ensure that the solution meets the business needs. 
  • Service as the Cvent Platform solution lead working with vendor to ensure that the design and configuration meets the business requirements agreed within the scope
  • Assist the business during UAT execution and provide support as needed for sign-off
  • Drive completing assigned ADF deliverables (User Stories, Configuration Design, Traceability Matrix, etc.) identified via WPL (Work Product Log)
  • Assist in driving to get business sign-off for User Stories, Configuration Design and Integration requirements
  • Review Test cases/Scenarios and provide sign-off
