1. Agile PLM Functional – someone who has at least 10 years experience in Agile PLM – and maybe higher. Excellent communications. If traveling – should be within 2 hours flight so that can come on site EVERY week.
   
2. Project Coordinator – someone who has 8 – 10 years of project management experience. Should have managed big ERP, PLM or CRM projects. (not salesforce). Should have knowledge about regulated industries (pharma preferred). Must have EXPERTISE (not knowledge ) of Microsoft Projects, EXPERTISE in Resource Allocation and Loading and team building/coordination.
3. Supply Chain Functional – someone who has expertise in Supply Chain PLANNING processes.
