Job Description:
Team Skills:
• Leads the QA team
• Works with other members of the project team and other Clients teams effectively
• Share best practices, ideas, knowledge, and experience freely with the project team
• Be willing to learn from others
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in testing IT software applications, including third party vendor products required
• 5+ years of IT QA Lead experience, leading teams of at least 3 resources, required
• Experience in developing overall QA strategy for large projects required
• Experience testing software systems with large user base, with 10 K+ users required
• Experience in projects that have a global footprint (10+ countries) and high impact required
• Testing solutions with multiple integration points, including other software products, mobile devices, interactive display devices required
• Testing solutions that leverage Microsoft collaboration and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.), Cisco WebEx, etc. required
