Workday HRIT Integrations Functional Analyst/Developer

Job Description:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Workday Integrations Certified.
• Experience with APIs and their integration into solutions.
• Familiarity with Workday HR processes.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills.
• Specific knowledge of SAP-HR ERP related business processes and technologies, and/or knowledge of JDE-HR would be a big plus.
Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree required. If they have applicable professional experience, the degree would be preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to)
• Provides an understanding of Workday Integrations as a subject matter expert. Consults in partnership with other IT and HR staff to develop and identify solution alternatives to the Enterprise HR community.
• Designs and enhances Workday Integrations to utilize the business value of Workday capabilities.
• Participates in implementing Workday Integration functionality across the HR landscape in collaboration with Chevron Subject Mater Experts and Solutions Architects, and the Chevron selected System Integrators.
o Assesses integrations and requirements
o Designs new/revised integrations to meet business requirements in alignment with the global design
o Defines Workday solutions to meet integration requirements
o Coordinates with other teams for complete systems and user testing scenarios.
o Develops Workday EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF and Core Connector integrations
o Supports testing and go live of owned integrations
• Responsible to ensure functionality and technology meets business requirements.
• Provides input and functional knowledge of the overall Workday integration solutions through final deployment.
• Organizes own efforts with other HRI teams to best support the HR function.
