Job Description:

 

Required Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• 5+ years of IT experience in a BA role required – within large Enterprise environment
• 3+ years Agile/SCRUM experience as an IT BA specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development required
• MUST be able to write user stories and document acceptance criteria required
• Ability to effectively work with multiple local and remote teams and influence/drive to deliver results
• Self-motivated and results oriented with ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Ability to facilitate discussion at all levels of the organization to resolve conflicts.
• Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills including familiarity with requirements documentation techniques such as user stories, use cases, data/process flows, wireframes and informal modeling required
• Candidates local to Houston required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook required
• Unit and integration testing experience required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience utilizing Agile DevOps (ADO)/TSS to backlog user stories or requirements – big plus
• Previous Chevron experience would be a plus
• Any Agile/Scrum or IT certifications would be a plus (Scrum Master certification would be overqualified for this position)
