Job Description -
Please note - This position is for 35 hours per week. There may be the opportunity to work more, on occasion, but 35 will be the norm.
This Application Systems Analysis/Programming Manager is defined as a Full stack application developer with both coding and design experience
Seeking a senior, full-stack developer to design and program a web-based application for internal purposes to be used internally to monitor real time traffic/transit data.
This developer would have in excess of 5 years professional experience as a full-stack developer. The candidate should have worked on applications independently in a lead role.
The ideal resource would have experience in the skills listed below.
Degree in computer science (or 6 years of professional experience in this discipline)
5-10 years software development experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and other backend languages.
Must have prior professional hands on experience with :
Angular, Express/Node.js, Python, PHP, relational and non-relational database.
Git, Docker, Apache, IIS, Nginx,
A perfect candidate would possess the above skills along with experience with video streaming and analytics, web-socket, real-time communication and sensor embedded control automation.
Programming experience with NTCIP, TMDD, SNMP, Google Map, esri Map and asp.net is a plus.
