REMEDY ROLE
Location – remote
Remedy BMC Development
• 5- 7+ years’ experience with good communication skills. Will be required to work with client architect.
• Experience in BMC Remedy ARS version 7.x, 8.x, 9.x Preferable >= version 8.x
• Hands on knowledge in BMC Remedy Workflow objects
• Troubleshooting AR client and Server logs.
• Ability to create workflow objects and understanding the existing implementation.
• Understanding of configurations and having knowledge on CMDB will be added advantage.
• Hands on experience with LDAP plugins for Remedy.
• Should have knowledge on relational database oracle, DBlinks, views etc.
• Experience of Event Management is an added advantage.
• Experience in Remedy Server and Mid-Tier Administration – AR server configuration, Approval server and Email Engine configuration.
• Working knowledge on GIT, Javascript, Jira , Release process, Implementation documentation , Testing/UAT support
• Should be able to represent Remedy module requirements and status in Scrum ceremonies
